Key attendees included EFF Referees Committee Chairman Shewangzaw Tebabal, Scheme Manager Bamlak Tessema, and EFF-RDA Director Mulugeta Misganaw, alongside UK experts @GordonRef (Football Referee Developer) & @northernpromise (Global Football Consultant, Football for Humanity).

The workshop gathered crucial feedback to adapt England’s renowned referee recruitment, training, and operational frameworks to fit Ethiopia's football context.

A truly wonderful afternoon with Emerson, Mark, Gordon, and Sirgut from the British Embassy Sipping on traditional Ethiopian coffee, we enjoyed warm, authentic, and fruitful conversations on strengthening our partnership on matters that ask unity through this beautiful sport.
