Die bisher beste Long Covid Studie wurde nun veröffentlicht, mit überraschenden Ergebnissen die neue Therapieansätze ermöglichen. Vereinfacht gesagt: Long Covid wird (in den untersuchten Bereichen) von Autoantikörpern im Blut verursacht, die dann sehr wichtige Teile des Gehirns angreifen und eigentlich alle Symptome erklärbar machen.
Wichtige Erkenntnis: Long Covid Patienten dürfen keinesfalls Blut spenden denn es scheint übertragbar zu sein über jene Autoantikörper im Blut!

When you post about climate change, floods, heat waves or long Covid, the likes and even the followers suddenly disappear. I'm not the only one who's noticed this. X is obviously being manipulated by bots, by AI or by its own software.

One thing I’ve noticed:
Post a cat? Likes.
Post tennis? Likes.
Post food? Likes.
Post a paper showing Long Covid rates increasing, disability rising, and the economic costs of doing nothing? Likes… at first.
Then something strange happens.
The likes start disappearing.
Which raises an important question:
Where do our likes go?
Are they recycled?
Repurposed?
Transferred to AI-generated Penny P. Cups from Poontown, PA, whose account is somehow moderated by Yuri in Uzbekistan?
Do likes enter witness protection?
Are they being used to train the algorithm that keeps recommending “5 foods that melt belly fat” and videos of people pressure-washing driveways?
I don’t know.
But if anyone finds a landfill full of missing likes next to the warehouse storing public health common sense, let me know.

And to make matters worse: After my posts about climate change or Long Covid, my future posts aren't even showing up in the timelines of my most loyal followers. You're essentially "hidden," as if you've done something wrong.
And as if that weren't enough, my timeline is also flooded with stupid posts from climate change deniers, Long Covid deniers, and even chemtrail believers. Not as replies, but simply as something the stupid AI thinks I should be interested in. X, do your homework better!

6 weeks after the ANDV outbreak was first diagnosed on the Hondius and those infected and exposed were flown around the world, the WHO now acknowledges that the virus, long known to be transmitted through the air, is transmitted through the air
WHO have just issued a new update on the Hantavirus outbreak.
I’m very pleased to see them explicitly stating in this latest update that:
“ANDV transmission may include […] AIRBORNE transmission (via inhalation of infectious respiratory particles)”

This report was made on Saturday. She states that authorities were allowing the passengers to ⚠️mingle ⚠️in the common areas because at that point they were asymptomatic. <SMH> Do we think they were using rigorous PPE? No, we do not.
What about “quarantine” & “42 days incubation” is not understood?

- Crew complained of “insecurity” on board repatriation flight
= News today that the repatriation flight from Tenerife to Canada of passengers from the Hantavirus-stricken cruise-ship was carrying at least one person positive for the potentially deadly virus will have increased the anxiety already voiced by the Portuguese crew that has complained it felt ‘insecure’ carrying out the flight.
- According to the DGS (Portugal’s general health directorate): “at the moment, there is no evidence of secondary transmission associated with this flight, nor indication of increased risk for the Portuguese population.”
- The words that stand out here being “at the moment”.
- ➡️The Canadian citizen in question ➡️ started showing symptoms of the virus four days after the repatriation flight (effected on Sunday, May 10) – by which time the crew that transported him and four other fellow nationals home to Canada will have returned to their daily routines (and very possibly travelled to other countries, as part of their work).
= ➡️ The crew, which entered an official complaint over the way they were seconded into the repatriation flight, included nine cabin staff and three pilots.
- At the time of the complaint, EuroAtlantic – the airline operating the repatriation flight – stated that the five passengers repatriated from Tenerife “were not infected” and that the aircraft was disinfected after landing in Canada.
= ➡️ The airline also said that the protection given to the Portuguese crew: ➡️ surgical masks and gloves, was sufficient – and that “all security measures were complied with”.
This particular outbreak of Hantavirus – which turned the cruise of the MV Honduis into a global news story – has already led to the deaths of three people, with eight confirmed cases of infection. The virus can take up to six weeks to incubate before people start showing symptoms, thus the concern that this news story may not be over.

With “Mild” Omicron COVID your blood-clot risk is still highly elevated, even if you’re vaccinated. A new 7.6-million-person study just dropped: clots nearly 4× higher in the first month… and still doubled at 6 months!!
• Large-scale European cohort study (UK CPRD GOLD, Dutch IPCI, Spanish SIDIAP, >7.6 million pre-pandemic controls, ~780 000 Omicron-era COVID-19 cases) mapped to OMOP model.
• Compared incidence of VTE, arterial thromboembolism and other CV events at 30/60/90/180 days post-infection vs 2017–2019 background rates.
• Age-sex standardised incidence ratios (SIRs) for VTE: 3.61× (UK) to 4.10× (Spain) in the first 30 days, remaining 1.88–2.37× at 6 months……even in vaccinated populations,
• Risks remained raised up to 6 months for pulmonary embolism (strongest signal), stroke, and heart failure,
• Highest risks in immunocompromised and infection-naïve individuals. Prior infection and higher vaccine doses blunt (but do not eliminate) the increase,
• Vaccination stratified by doses: individuals with exactly one dose showed numerically lower crude VTE/ATE rates (wide CIs, small subgroup),🤔

‼️Published yesterday, the pre-print “definitive version” of the three-country Omicron preliminary report from 2025, the data are unambiguous: even in the vaccinated, “milder-wave” era, COVID-19 drove a 3.6- to 4.1-fold surge in life-threatening blood clots during the first 30 days and left risk nearly doubled (1.9-2.4×) at six months. Prior infection and higher vaccine doses blunt, but do not eliminate, the hazard. The virus continues to damage the cardiovascular system long after “mild” symptoms fade and by doing so, SarsCov2 remains a potent cardiovascular hazard!
