It was a Saturday spent visiting @CobbSchools high schools. First, @KellHighSchool for a race and then Walton High for the elementary science Olympiad. Our district has great opportunities for students during the week and on weekends!

My heart! I taught the alphabet king story to my K classes a couple weeks ago and in groups today, my friend noticed vowel e escaping the gate to say his long vowel sound in the word she. #BlackwellBest #cobbearlylearning

Kindergarten rocks! We kicked off a new semester by learning about short & long vowels. Students loved seeing their mouth change with each sound in mirrors. We even identified the symbols on our read sheet to vocalize the vowel sounds. So proud! #cobbearlylearning #BlackwellBest
