Just a warning to people. I bought my 82 yr old mum an M&S gift voucher for her birthday on 31 May, but when she came to use it, it had already been used in Sheffield. @marksandspencer suggested she travel over 100 miles from Newcastle to check the store CCTV. Ridiculous company.

From my experience it looks like @marksandspencer still have issues and their customer service has been dreadful, washing their hands of it and taking no responsibility. That's me finished with them as a customer after thirty years.
