๐คฃ๐คฃ the fact still remains Bulawayo, Matabeleland North and South are the only provinces outside of Harare which had 100% election agents and we got all V11s. Despite all the hate you give Welshman, he delivered for Chamisa. Thousands of polling stations in Mashonaland had no agents and the same pple who sabotaged the pple were at the forefront vilifying ana Welsh. Ini l stand on truth. For how he still helped Chamisa's campaign even in the face of disrespect, Welsh will always have my respect. That's where my defense for him starts and ends.

I think our minds (maybe just mine) are exposed to too much information. I highly doubt the human brain was designed to process so much data as much as we do today.
You scroll for five minutes and you get updates on the World Cup, the war in ukraine, 15 perish in an accident, Diddy sex tape, CAB 3, Arsenal win the league etc.
As a result, I think we become sort of numb and lack the energy to react even to the things that matter. Too many headlines taking up spice in our minds, too many varied emotions express over a short amount of time.
You start with "oh no, 10 people died!" until you get to "oh that's life." Scary times. Everything around us is programming us to not care and really just scroll and get by, day after day.

Today the Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 was read for the first time in Parliament, and tomorrow is the second reading when debate will commence. I will be submitting on the Order Paper tomorrow morning my proposed amendments, which I summarized from the original MDC and CCC constitutional reform proposals, as well as issues raised by several international and regional election observer missions. I have consulted the people I represent in Kuwadzana, and the dominant view is that we must fight for people's issues that level the electoral playing field. This is the approach that I will be taking.
