I was interviewed today by Buena Vista's @imsoboreddude41 for his student project, and apparently the folks at his school aren't aware of the Buena Vista Test (i.e., to prove you're a true D3 insider you have to know how to pronounce "Buena Vista" properly). #d3sports #d3hoops

1/ North Park falls at Illinois Wesleyan, 80-70. They managed to hang around the entire game without leading scorer Mike Vuckovic, who was too sick to travel. Kolden Vanlandingham (30 pts, 7 rebs, 5 asts, 6 stls) was a warrior. NPU just didn't have enough weapons.

2/ Vikings can certainly hold their heads high, though, because they didn't fold the tent despite not having Vuckovic. They were within two possessions in the last 2 1/2 minutes, and gave the 12th-ranked team in the nation a real battle.

We don't give out a Most Improved Player for #d3hoops, but if we did, hand down, it's Mike Vuckovic, from @NorthParkMBB. He scored 12 points total last season. This year, he's over 500 and a first-team All-CCIW selection. Amazing year.
