It's time to retire. I have been fortunate to be a part of @RLEsports since before RLCS Season 1 and quickly it became the centre of my life. I have been a coach, a caster, a competitor, a content creator but most of all, a part of the community. Thank you for all the support and memories and I wish everyone still involved the best of luck going forward ๐Ÿงก -------- (if you care to read any more, I put some thoughts below) What's next? In the last 6 months, I have realised this esports life wasn't for me anymore. 2 weeks ago, I was fortunate enough to find myself a stable job that is suited perfectly for me. Last week was my first full week of a 9-5 job and it felt amazing. I feel safe, like I have purpose and can support my future ambitions for a house, family and regularity. I will be TCG Product manager for a huge online retailer called @ZatuGames and will be able to work on something I love massively, in-person at an office with a great team of people. They are allowing and encouraging me to continue broadcast talent work alongside my job, so will continue to be a @PokemonTCG commentator and can return to being broadcast talent in Rocket League, should any positions work out! I have worked from home in an unstable industry most of my adult life and it's drained me, which certainly effected my ability to coach well, especially with @TopCougarsRL. It's time to begin something where I can think 6 months, 1 year, 5 years into the future and have my evenings and weekends back! Thank you to @RelatingWave, @RLAccro and @ToxiicRL for being amazing players, and most recently @SimasRL_, who I wish I could have helped more. You all deserve every success and are capable of amazing things in Rocket League. It's a tough space right now, but you all deserved more this season and a chance to be signed (glad @TeamEndpoint could sign Toxiic!) I will forever be fans of you guys and thank you for giving me the chance to help you. Thank you to all the teams I have worked on previously and a special thanks to @TeamVitality for the start and making of my career and supporting me in my early growth as a manager/coach. Thank you @guildesports for the opportunity to develop my business strategy and performance strategies and take the management and coaching to another level. Thanks to all the teams and players, of which there are too many to name, I have worked with over the years. I become a lifelong fan of all of you and it's great seeing so many of you still succeeding as competitors or as coaches. I started coaching in RL before it was even considered a legitimate role. Knowing how important a coach is now to so many teams brings me great joy. Keep doing amazing, innovative things and all the coaches in the space will be rewarded. I have huge respect for all the coaches working from home with unsigned teams as it's so much more challenging than what our boot camping super teams are doing. Work harder than you've ever worked before and you'll break that threshold and get the org life you require to excel. Thank you to @Cory_irl and all the RLCS broadcast team for getting me on for the 21-22 season as a desk analyst. It was one of the hardest things to lose in my life, but that just speaks to how incredible the opportunity to cast RLCS was and is. That was my most successful year in the industry and I wish it could have gone on longer. What's next for me in Rocket League? I don't think you'll ever see me coaching or managing again, not for a while anyway. I am interested in commentary, team streams or desk analyst roles and My agent will be actively looking for any opportunities. Like I said before, my work supports it, so would love to get back involved ๐Ÿ˜Š I will be at the London Major and will be enjoying it as fan and member of the community, so see you there๐Ÿ˜„ Thank you. Thank you for the most surreal, wonderful and crazy 8 years. Make sure you spread kindness and support to all pros, casters and coaches as well around the community, there's a lot of pressure out there and everyone deserve respect for putting themselves on the line. GG ๐Ÿค

Already met so many wonderful people! Let me know if you are at @DreamHack ๐Ÿ™Œ
๐Ÿ•น๏ธ Our very own @Gregan is at @DreamHack in Birmingham this weekend, diving into one of the worldโ€™s biggest gaming exhibitions Itโ€™s a fantastic opportunity to connect with some of our talented creators, while exploring exciting new opportunities on the horizon. Fletcher, the creator behind @Xbox_Nati0n, is a great example of whatโ€™s possible when partnering with us. With the right mix of funding, strategy, and support, heโ€™s already smashing channel records - and this is just the beginning.

Really excited to work with @Xbox_Nati0n on expanding the brand this year! The amount of work he puts into his channel and the ambition he has is very exciting, it's time to make it happen with @go_nuggit investment and support ๐Ÿ’ช
.@Xbox_Nati0n has become one of the biggest independent sources for Xbox news, Game Pass updates, and reviews. With Nuggitโ€™s support, Fletcher is expanding into a wider multimedia brand across YouTube, socials, and a new website. YouTube remains the core, with big growth ahead. Welcome to the Nuggit family. ๐Ÿ’š

Funniest thing is I can comprehend how you could hit this clip and have never played Overwatch. I can't comprehend how a top mechanical RL pro executes his clip and I've played 12,000hrs of Rocket League ๐Ÿ˜‚
could a RL player hit this tho

๐ŸŸฃ There has been a seismic shift in the way that content is consumed, YouTube comes out as the big winner. Last month, for the first time ever in the UK, more people consumed content via YouTube than the BBC. We can help take your YouTube game to the next level ๐Ÿ“ˆ
