so for those who don’t know, I have pneumonia, been in and out of hospital past couple of days and alot of doctor appointments , currently on anti biotic and today is the best feeling I’ve had in the last 10 days, should be back tomorrow hopefully re continuing the lvl 3 to 15b series ❤️
