Depends on length a bit but I think starting your fast mid day gets you to 24 hours so much easier.
Big last meal at 3pm so no hunger before bed, you wake up and before you know it your 6 hours away from 24
Haven’t fasted in forever and really want to make them a routine thing….
36 hours every month, 3 day fasts every 6 months type thing.
So yeah, last meal today around 3 and we got until Friday morning is the plan 🫡
