Mer fokus på tidlige resultater og prestasjon er ikke en god utvikling, og heller ikke noe det er bevis for at gir bedre prestasjoner som voksen.

The odds of being the best (top 100) do persist to senior level but decreases.
Take-home message: focus on mastery and individual progress rather than performance between individuals in the same age group. Give all young athletes time to reach their potential ⭐️
