90% of the playerbase finds it boring because they speedrun the game and play the exact same way each time. I used to have this mindset until I played pure vanilla minecraft and took my time with progression. Was such a breath of fresh air. I managed to get 2 of my irl friends (with the same mindset) to play the same way and they came to the same conclusion. Players have gotten too used to Modded Minecraft that they don't actually remember what it's like to play vanilla.

Something very uncommon SURPRISINGLY amongst vtubers, streamers, and the atmosphere, is the fact that, we are actually all working together directly or indirectly. We shout each other out, we work together, we make art together, we are making content together. We NEED to make our environment better for each other. If you want to share a fun topic, is it the right moment? is the topic relatable to what's going on? Is the streamer capable of handling MORE than the topic being talked about? Are they speaking in a call or to the chat? Does that mean that a chatter or streamer should never bring any topics outside of the thing taking place? NO, in fact, we love hearing out what is the current vibe or what someone may be doing. Some people are fast to respond verbally, others slow, others rather acknowledge Quietly. It's tough when to tell that someone is acknowledging something quietly too. A rule of thumb, is if you want to share something, keep it simple, and if it sparks a conversation, then proceed to talk about it more. Be friendly to your own kind instead of stepping on each others shoes, and learn to read the room.
