I don’t know why, but none of the big chain coffee shops are able to serve a proper flat white. @Grindsmiths do an excellent one and my own local coffee place in the burbs of Prestwich (The Goods In - not on Twitter) make a superb one. If I’m not near either of those I’m stuffed!
