Our Summer appetizer - the Raucherlachs.
Cherrywood smoked salmon, served on top of a Czech potato cake, accompanied by a cucumber infused cream. Slightly smokey, with a refreshing finish. Perfect appetizer to cool yourself down with.

Beautiful dark squid ink risotto, finished with a romesco sauce and seared prawns.
The dish comes off as a risk to try - but it is the best risk to take. Utterly delicious, and truly THE spring dish.
