Honorable Secretaries @secwar @USW_PR_HONTata @secaf @matthewlohmeier Generals @Dan_Caine @OfficialCSAF Instead of correcting known violations of law, SAF/MR is still issuing unlawful “policy” to further deprive injured Airmen of benefits, and @usairforce is propagandizing this, issuing false statements to mislead @AirNatlGuard @USAFReserve Airmen, @TaskandPurpose and the American public. Either SAF/MR subordinates are misleading Mr. Richard Anderson and Mr. Brian Scarlett, or these men themselves are knowingly obfuscating and continuing the intentional violations of law from the previous administration. When will there be LEADERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITY in the @DeptofWar? When will senior leaders respect and care for Airmen who have been INJURED IN THE LINE OF DUTY? This is a continuation of @AFGlobalStrike Commander General Stephen L. Davis’s three year long effort to cover up systemic unlawful deprivation of rights and benefits of injured Airmen. taskandpurpose.com/news/air-…

Mr. Secretary @SecWar - Sir, the @usairforce needs some house cleaning too... @AFGlobalStrike Commander, General Stephen L Davis is the perfect start...For three years, General Davis abused his position as SAF/IG to cover up widespread systemic violations of injured Service Members' rights and federal law: now thousands of Airmen and families are suffering because of General Davis's dereliction of duty!
Excellent decision @SecWar ! Great news for @USArmy @NationalGuard @USNationalGuard SOLDIERS! General George ignored @StancikKaroline and many others. He prevented senior leaders from being held accountable for irreparably harming Soldiers and for blatant violations of federal law! Thank you @C__Herridge for bringing attention to mistreatment of America’s military members! x.com/seanparnellasw/status/…

Honorable Secretaries @SecWar @USW_PR_HONTata @SecAFOfficial @matthewlohmeier Did you know that Mr. Troy McIntosh, Director, Air Force Review Boards Agency (ie AFBCMR), is responsible for extensive violations of injured Airmen’s rights while serving as a Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Air Force (SAF/MRR) under the previous administration? Did you know that under Mr. Troy McIntosh, the AFBCMR is retaliating against Service Members who identify violations of federal law by the AFBCMR? Did you know that Mr. Troy McIntosh's formal education is in culinary arts? (Is this appropriate for the official responsible for correcting legal injustices against our wounded warriors?) Did you know that Mr. Troy McIntosh serving as the Director AFRBA creates an irreconcilable conflict of interest that prejudices injured Airman who apply to the AFBCMR for relief? Did you know that General Stephen Davis and Mr. Troy McIntosh worked together to cover up violations of law during the Air Reserve Component Line of Duty Inquiry - December 2024? linkedin.com/posts/troy-mcin…

💯RECEIPTS BELOW ❗️ Mr. Secretary @SecWar - Mr. Under Secretary @USW_PR_HONTata - @SecAFOfficial & @matthewlohmeier SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THE @usairforce @AirNatlGuard @USAFReserve ARE VIOLATING INJURED SERVICE MEMBERS' RIGHTS! SAF/MRR put it in writing! Instead of simply correcting systemic violations of law, the Air Force continues to try to cover up: forcing Airmen to apply to the Air Force Board for Corrections of Military Records and forcing Airmen to sue the Air Force in Federal Court. The below UNPUBLISHED, UNLAWFUL MEMORANDUM has been hidden from Service Members and their attorneys for the past year. This memorandum violates DAFI 36-2910 to intentionally deprive Airmen of their Right to Due Process, denying them the "clear and unmistakable evidence" used to fraudulently deny In the Line Of Duty Determinations...EVIDENCE WHICH DOES NOT EXIST! This memorandum is the result of @AFGlobalStrike Commander General Stephen L Davis abusing his SAF/IG authority to cover up rampant violations of law and regulation by senior leaders at NGB, AFRC, and HAF to deny care and benefits to injured Service Members. To be clear, THIS IS NOT A CORRECTIVE ACTION...IT IS AN UNPUBLISHED, UNLAWFUL "POLICY" that the @usairforce and @AirNatlGuard have hidden from Service Members for the past 13 months! It was coordinated by SAF/IG, SAF/MR, NGB, and AFRC to cover up systemic violations of law - violations which continue to occur today! More to come...Senior Leaders - it's never too late to do the right thing. @geressy187 @DoW_USW_PR @ASDMandRA @OfficialCSAF @ChiefNGB @AFRCCommander @SeanParnellUSA @PressSecDOW @JoelValdezDOW

General S.L. Davis’ “hands-on leadership” also includes 3 years of abusing his position as SAF/IG to cover-up widespread, systemic denial of Due Process Rights and unlawful denial of medical care/military status/entitlements/benefits to Airmen Injured in the Line of Duty! MANY AIRMEN STILL SUFFERING THE EFFECTS OF GEN S.L. DAVIS BURYING NUMEROUS CREDIBLE IG COMPLAINTS! Why has SAF/MR sent multiple Airmen letters saying, “SAF/IG determined you were not provided Clear and Unmistakable Evidence (CUE) in accordance with DAFI 36-2910, Line of Duty Determination, which may have resulted in a disadvantage to your ability to appeal the Not in the Line of Duty determination you received.” AFTER GEN S.L. DAVIS CLOSED THEIR COMPLAINTS AND PROMOTED TO 4 STAR? @SecWar @USW_PR_HONTata @Dan_Caine @SecAFOfficial @matthewlohmeier @OfficialCSAF @DoD_IG

REPOST FAR & WIDE!!! 🚨 FEDERAL COURT DETERMINES THAT US AIR FORCE VIOLATED THE CONSTITUTIONAL DUE PROCESS RIGHTS OF INJURED COMBAT FIGHTER PILOT, DENYING HIM DISABILITY BENEFITS - JANUARY 7 2026 🚨 “The Court is presented with two questions: (1) whether the AFBCMR’s decision that XXXXX was fit to return [to duty] was arbitrary, capricious, contrary to law, or unsupported by substantial evidence; and (2) whether XXXXX’s injuries were combat related. The Court answers both questions in the affirmative.” “The decision of the AFBCMR denying XXXXX disability retirement was arbitrary, capricious, and unsupported by substantial evidence. Further, the Air Force failed to follow its own procedures in processing XXXXX’s disability. XXXXX could not perform his duties, scant evidence supports AFBCMR’s decision that he could.” Court of Federal Claims 1:24-cv-00480-LAS MR. PRESIDENT @POTUS THE HONORABLE @SecWar CHAIRMAN @Dan_Caine Your senior leaders, @USW_PR_HONTata @SecAFOfficial @matthewlohmeier and SAF/MR (Mr. Richard Anderson) continue to knowingly allow rampant violations of Federal Law by @usairforce @AirNatlGuard @USAFReserve , which are IRREPARABLY HARMING THOUSANDS OF SERVICE MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES! In this specific case, @AFRCCommander staff made up a fictitious aircraft in order to deprive this warrior of disability benefits: “XXXXX’s FC-IIC waiver for a “non-high performance, non-ejection seat, multiplace fighter aircraft” was for an aircraft that did not exist…” This IS NOT a “mistake”. It is senior leaders of the US Air Force MALICIOUSLY FALSIFYING INFORMATION to support the intentional violations of The Constitution! SES Gerald Curry, SES Troy McIntosh, and General Stephen L Davis are 100% responsible for allowing @ChiefNGB and @AFRCCommander to perpetuate these violations of The Constitution with impunity! These men must be held accountable! Why does a Federal Court have to intervene to enforce the law in the @DeptofWar ? Why are your subordinates allowed to wage this war against our injured warriors? As always, my team and I are standing by to help you correct these systemic injustices, to support our injured warriors! @VP @geressy187 @DOWResponse @DoW_USW_PR @ASDMandRA @PressSec @SeanParnellASW @PressSecDOW

The Honorable @AAGDhillon Under the previous administration, @usairforce @AirNatlGuard @USAFReserve engaged in a coordinated, intentional effort to deprive U.S. Military Service Members, who have been Injured In the Line of Duty, of their Constitutional Right to Due Process, fraudulently determining that injuries “existed prior to service” to preclude providing medical care and disability benefits. This has affected thousands of honorable warriors and destroyed families throughout the Total Force, and continues today. Entrenched bureaucrats (SES) and General Officers continue to undermine @POTUS and @SecWar by concealing and falsifying information about systemic misconduct and willful violations of Federal Law. This includes falsifying evidence and intentionally refusing to apply statutory evidentiary standards. For three years, @AFGlobalStrike Commander, General Stephen L. Davis abused his position as The Air Force Inspector General, to further deprive these Service Members of Due Process, including: A. Publishing a 91 page “Report of Inquiry” with extensive false and misleading information to obscure blatant violations of law and Service Members’ rights. B. Preventing investigation of numerous credible complaints. C. Extensive violations of DAFI 90-301, “INSPECTOR GENERAL COMPLAINTS RESOLUTION”. Thousands of pages of “receipts” are readily available for your office’s review. Just one example of many:
STRAIGHT TO THE POINT INVESTIGATES: Fighter Pilot’s Last Stand Air National Guard Fighter Pilot’s “In Line of Duty” Neck Injury DENIED By Trained Gynecologist Serving As Medical Reviewer For National Guard Bureau. Military records showed Capt. Cody Kirlin had multiple herniated discs due to high G-force maneuvers while flying fighter jets. Kirlin was forced to spend six years and $70,000 in a legal battle with the Air Force before they finally overturned this denial and officially recognized his neck injuries as service-related. A spokesperson for the Air Force acknowledged “shortcomings” and said “required improvements” are being made. Citing the government shutdown and the Privacy Act, the National Guard Bureau (NGB) did not address many of our questions. WHY are @SecWar @SecAFOfficial @USW_PR_HONTata @matthewlohmeier @stuartscheller @DoW_USW_PR @ASDMandRA SILENT about unfair and unlawful treatment of Service Members? A recent response to allegations of senior leader misconduct, criminal acts, and violations of Service Members' Constitutional Rights, which came to me from the Executive Officer for the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff @Dan_Caine : "The Chairman possesses no authority regarding either of these matters." followed by deflection to @OfficialCSAF and @DoD_IG - both offices refuse to respond to communications. Unfortunately the "new" @DeptofWar and @usairforce continue to ignore ABUSE of Service Members, just the same as the "old" DoD. Despite good intentions of new leadership, the entrenched bureaucracy and the derelict @USAFJAGCorps appear determined to undermine @POTUS appointed officials and perpetuate the status quo of weaponizing the Inspector General enterprise in order to protect "senior leaders" from accountability for unlawful and unfair actions. @sageideas and dozens of injured Service Members who I advocate on behalf of, ALL face the same fate; after identifying blatant misconduct and injustice (including violations of The Constitution and Federal Laws), they are silenced, ignored, and forced out. Even when the Inspector General is forced to admit injustices, the Service Members are unfairly forced to apply to the BCMR. In BG Sage's case, even with a favorable BCMR, Mr. Richard Anderson (SAF/MR) unilaterally denied him relief... This begs the question, did Mr. Anderson even know what he was signing? Is there any "SENIOR LEADER" who has authority to do the right thing? Is there any "SENIOR LEADER" that will stand up for our Service Members? So far, that's a resounding, "NO!"

Air Force is “Hellbent” on Ending the Career of a Brigadier General Over His Opposition to the COVID-19 Mandate By J.M. Phelps thegatewaypundit.com/2025/12… @gatewaypundit @realDonaldTrump @POTUS @SecWar @PeteHegseth @SecAFOfficial @matthewlohmeier @sageideas @DavisYounts @RepEliCrane @RepBrianMast @DrChaseSpears “Why is the Air Force still not listening? Why are they still doubling down on a flawed investigation and hellbent on retiring me? Why are they not complying with President Donald Trump’s order to nullify all actions taken by the autopen?” Have attorneys like the acting General Counsel Shannon McGuire and the Deputy General Counsel for Military Affairs Julia Muedeking also played a role in the destruction of Brig Gen Sage’s career? For many following his story, it begs the question: Who are the lawyers and bureaucrats advising the Secretary of the Air Force (SECAF), or the Secretary of War for that matter? These very people are the same ones who advised the last administration on implementing the illegal COVID-19 shot mandate. They now appear intent on waiting Brig Gen Sage out until December 31, effectively forcing the one-star into retirement.
