If you find that the Journal section is missing from the 7th October Guardian Edition, please delete all downloads by scrolling to the end of the 'Recent issues' menu and selecting 'Manage downloads'. Then re-download Saturday's issue. Apologies for the trouble.

If you are having trouble downloading today's Guardian Edition, select 'Manage Downloads' from the 'Recent issues' menu in the Editions app, 'Delete all Downloads' & 'Delete'. Then re-download today's issue.

A fix for for the faint text appearing in today's Guardian Edition has been released & today's issue has been republished. To see the correction, select 'Manage Downloads' from the 'Recent issues' menu in the app, 'Delete all Downloads' & 'Delete'. Then re-download today's issue.

With the issue where faint text is appearing in today's Guardian Edition, we are working on a fix. A workaround is to switch off dark mode in the device settings. Apologies for the trouble.

A fix for the crashing issue on the Guardian live app that was affecting iOS 14.0-14.2 devices has been released. The app can be updated by going directly to the App Store and updating the app from there. Apologies once again for the trouble.

We are aware of a problem with the Guardian live app crashing on iOS 14.0-14.2 devices. We issued a fix to Apple for this bug last week and are waiting for its approval from Apple. Apologies for the trouble.

The issue with the Editions app has now been fixed. You may need to close and reopen the app to see today's edition. There are instructions for doing this on iOS here: support.apple.com/en-gb/HT20…
