Brum GTF T2 have visited Perry Barr, Aston and Lozells today, spotting this male acting suspiciously.
When we popped out to speak with him, when he's attempted to run but was quickly detained.
A search has found a 16 inch #ZombieKnife concealed in his trousers.

These offenders thought they were safe travelling through WMP, unfortunately for them E unit traffic were out and about, the vehicle attempted to make off but was stung straight away. This resulted in four young gents in custody, they also had some presents in their possession.

The 14 year old who was driving nearly had a lucky escape. However the fast feet of the GTF officer managed to detain him.

Team 2 assisted Birmingham City centre police with a large operation for #OpSceptre.
Whilst it was very busy, we managed to locate a young person whom had been on our list of risk nominals for the last 2 months.
He was stop and searched, with a large machete found!

Team 1 GTF have @longbridge with @ST_Police and @LongbridgeWMP. As it’s #opsceptre week we have arrested a male for having a blade on his person whilst committing shop theft.

Team 2 were in the #KingsHeath and #Billseley areas yesterday and tried to stop this young person.
He fled, likely because of the large kitchen knife concealed in his waist.
He tossed it onto a driveway, but was caught and has now been charged to court!

GTF TEAM 1 has been in Birmingham City Centre conducting patrols.
A male was spotted by plain clothes officers who was acting strange.
Uniformed officers were directed to the location, and using our search powers the male was searched looking for weapons.

#Charged | Your neighbourhood officers continue working to get weapons off the streets.
Yesterday, a male was stopped and searched on Prosser Street in Heath Town. A knife was found and the male was arrested.
He has since been charged by the team and will appear in court.

Yesterday afternoon, Eastern Team Officers were in Shirley Park on #ProjectServator – 2 Males ran from Officers and were detained after a footchase. Both were arrested after Officers recovered 2 x Zombie Knives and 1 x Machete. If you see anything suspicious, please report it 👀
