The Guardians had an excellent showing at the Regional Track Meet! Rylee Higginbotham (100m and 200m) and Allie Wood (Triple Jump) brought home Regional Championships for the Guardians! Both ladies were also part of the 4x100 relay with Della Ford and Ryan Traeger that advanced.

School Records that were set at the Regional Meet include.
Rylee Higginbotham in the 100m (11.89)
Allie Wood in the 100m Hurdles (16.38)
Luke Flores in the 800m (2:00.84)
And Abby Garcia in the 800m (2:24.67)

Allie Wood also advanced in the 100m hurdles (16.38).
Luke Flores (2:00.84), Patrick Bauknecht (2:01.54), and Abby Garcia (2:24.67) all advanced in the 800m Run
Garner Proff (6-0) advanced in the High Jump.

The Guardian Track team had an AMAZING meet at Holy Cross Thursday. Both the Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys teams finished 2nd in their respective divisions scoring 124 and 142 points respectively. In addition, 41 athletes set a New Personal record in at least one event!

That includes 2 new school records (100m and 200m) that were broken by Junior Rylee Higginbotham, who won both events. 1st place performances came from Cami Ruiz ( JV Long Jump and 200m), Allie Wood ( 100H), Brooke Walker (J.V High Jump), and Garner Proff ( High Jump).
