Just a thought . A few years ago New Zealand and Canada dropped the negative gearing policy which encouraged investors to purchase homes giving lower income families some where to live . They had to restore the tax relief as the building industries collapsed with no new homes

I am puzzled as to why the gov of Qld does not defend itself on the rail demands . EG . School teacher $111K a year . Nurse $95 K a year and police $95 K a year for a dirty stinking dangerous job Train drivers 100K to 140K and rail conductors $77 to 100 K a year which trade ?

Yesterday as an age pensioner 91 i used to be able to go and get a referral for $450 for the Dentist to get my teeth done within a couple of days Now you have to apply for the referral and wait 22 months .Today i had a blood test which was normally free cost me $50 . Thanks Albo
