Your next customer isn't googling you anymore. They're asking AI. and AI doesn't rank pages, it picks answers. either you're the answer or you're invisible. So I build the thing that tells you which one you are. first scan free, no signup.

a founder told me his team pays for TWO ai visibility tools at the same time. one starts at $399/mo with a mandatory sales call. so i spent a day comparing them to my €29 one. honest results, including where i lose:

the part no tool solves, mine included: AI recommends products other people write about. the dashboard shows the gap. the work closes it. full comparison in the reply. which one would you actually pay for?

we scanned 7 dev tools everyone uses to see who ai actually recommends. live claude perplexity queries, today. everyone scored 85 . the citations underneath are the real story: vercel scored 100, but its top cited source is capterra, not vercel's own site. railway's most-cited comparison was written by its competitor. linear's citations include two ai-generated directories. full board the weird stuff in this thread.

railway's most-cited "railway vs render" comparison was written by northflank. a competitor. if you don't write the comparison, your rival writes it for you. render pays a name-collision tax: 2 of 3 citations were about page "rendering" in seo, not the platform. neon's citations include a literally different company. ai has to learn you exist AND that you're not the other thing.

supabase hit 100 on the back of "vs firebase" content. positioning against the incumbent is a validated path into ai answers. linear's top citations include two ai-generated brand directories. ai citing ai is an underpriced listing channel right now. methodology: live claude perplexity queries, scores quantize to bands (85/93/100), discrete signals, not a smooth scale. we scan this daily while climbing out of our own 0/100.

a german court just ruled that google is legally liable for what its ai overviews say. they're google's own words now, not "third-party content." the second-order effect nobody's pricing in: a liable engine is a conservative engine. conservative engines cite fewer, safer, better-documented sources. ambiguous or absent brands fall out of the answer entirely. so, want to know if you're in the answer at all? reply with your domain. i'll run a real scan and post your score in this thread. chatgpt, claude, perplexity, gemini. first 15 sites, free, no signup.

A fun contrast, 24h apart: vaulto's ai visibility score: 0/100. claude and perplexity don't know we exist. human traffic: 96 visitors, 300%. 653 page views, 126%. every visitor came from building in public, zero from ai search. that gap is the entire reason the product exists. now we close it.

i built an ai visibility scanner. then i ran it on my own site. 0/100. claude doesn't know vaulto exists. perplexity cited hashicorp's vault docs, a crypto wallet, and instagram reels about physical safes. not us. the embarrassing part: our technical geo score is 82/100. robots.txt, schema, llms.txt, all green. perfect door, empty street. ai recommends what the internet says about you, not what your site says about you. full autopsy the recovery plan on the blog, link below. the score is 0 today, june 10. i'll publish every move in public.
