Besides Masjid al-Qiblatayn in Zeyla,
it seems the second oldest Qibla/Mihrab in the Somali Peninsula lies in the north, in the ruined medieval coastal town of Bandar Abbas, close to Berbera. It's approximately dated to be built during 1000s CE.

1. Archeological findings of early islamic era coming from Abbasids dated around 800-900 CE, islamic faceted glass flask. It was found in Siyarra, a ruined medieval costal town right beside Berbera.
