@GuyFoundation just dropped an extremely comprehensive report on Spaceflight and human health This is a must-read. It contains detailed analysis of the challenges (impossibilities) of human thriving in an electromagnetic environment removed from biologically evolved niche, from a quantum biological perspective It covers many topics that I have explored on the Regenerative Health Podcast with guests such as @DrJackKruse, @BobFosbury , @RogerSeheult, @SZimmZoo , @DrMooreEde and more including effects on mitochondrial & longevity of - disrupted circadian rhythms - NIR light deficient environments - lack of earths magnetic field - non-native EMFs State of the art stuff that equally informs human health on planet earth and the simulated alien EMF conditions most people are exposed with modern indoor living, technology (ab)use and sunlight avoidance. Remember that Glen Jeffery at UCL has already shown that red light can dramatically improve mitochondrial efficiency: I'm thinking that Astronauts aren't exposed to much sunlight in space because it is harmful - just space station LEDs which have none. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/
