Still no response from @British_Airways about the horrendous charges for cancellation.
Why should business class be charged over £3k more in fees and taxes for a cancellation compared to economy class?!!!

Disgraceful customer service by @British_Airways - My wife is chronically ill and can't travel they wont let us change / cancel our business class flights for less than £3500 fee, even though our travel friends have been able to cancel the SAME economy class flight for £140.

How can it be that just because you've booked a business class flight instead of an economy flight, you get charged over £3000 MORE for cancellation @British_Airways I'd rather give me tickets away than give you the money to cancel. Disgraceful. Where's the empathy???

Very disappointed that 2 MONTHS after our flights were cancelled we still haven't had a refund from @lastminute_com - contacted them and heard nothing. Such bad customer service!!
