Yesterday at approximately 6:00 p.m., HBFD responded to a commercial structure fire in the 7400 block of Belva Drive. Crews contained the fire and prevented further extension within the building. No civilian injuries were reported. The cause remains under investigation. #HBFD

HBFD and our Marine Safety Division partnered with UCI Health for a pediatric trauma simulation focused on beach safety. The exercise reinforced coordination between first responders and hospital staff while highlighting the importance of water safety as we enter summer. #HBFD

This morning, HBFD crews responded to a two vehicle traffic collision requiring a Heavy Rescue response. Firefighters used hydraulic rescue tools to extricate two trapped occupants. Both patients were transported to a local hospital. Thank you to OCFA for their assistance. #HBFD
