(5/6) It’s now up to union members to decide if HBH management’s offer will be enough. We will be holding a vote to decide whether or not to ratify this agreement. The vote ends on May 1st, 2024.

The National Labor Relations Board has issued a formal complaint against Howard Brown Health alleging the LGBTQ health care center bargained in bad faith with a union representing its workers amid layoffs early last year.

For the past 7 months, HBH has been negotiating a settlement with the NLRB that would repair damages inflicted by their 61 illegal layoffs.
Now, HBH is refusing to agree to the settlement.
