It was a great day at the SAC XC meet! Boys finished 3rd, Girls finished 5th out of 18 schools. Of the 15 athletes competing, 9 ran PRs and another 2 ran season records!

The XC season is well on its way!! The Boys finished 2nd and the Girls took first place at the Kalamazoo Invite today.

Gavin finished the State Meet in 188th place, Mitchell finished 155th State Race with a PR. Congrats to both, so proud of your seasons!!

It's official: Sydney, Mitchell, and Gavin are moving on to the State Cross Country Meet next Saturday with top 15 finishes at Regionals today!

Comet Invite today; Sydney, Allison, and Mitchell ran season best times while Gavin and Julian both ran PRs. Next stop, Regionals on Friday, it will be an exciting afternoon of racing!!

Runners did great at the Portage Invite today!! Lots of PRs, SRs, and a couple of medals for the HS teams including Gavin Sehy who broke the 19 minute mark for the first time. The MS teams also ran well bringing home multiple medals and a trophy for the girls finishing 2nd.

The MS boys team took first place in the SAC Championship tonight, with the MS girls team taking second. Combined, the team secured 11 individual medals and 12 PRs!

Saturday was another beautiful day of racing at the Otsego Bulldog Invite. Hackett athletes brought home a couple of medals, most got PRs, and the MS girls got a trophy for 1st place!

SAC league meet #2 was run last night. While there is debate about the number of hills, everyone agrees it was not flat. Despite the obvious obstacles, there was fantastic racing! One HS athlete came out of it with a new PR, while MS boys took 1st, and the MS girls took 2nd.

The first SAC meet of the season was held at Fennville. Nearly all HS runners posted new season records, 1 ran a new PR, and Sydney Van Es posted a top 20 time for Juniors at Hackett!! To top it all, MS boys placed first and the girls finished second in the team rankings.

Yesterday was a beautiful day for racing with the HCP Middle School team stepping on the course for the first time in 2 years. They brought home 10 medals and the girls took 1st place as a team. The High School team all ran seasons best with 2 PRs, and 2 medals.
