The recent documentary ‘Eraserheads: Combo On The Run’ succeeded in not only giving fans the most comprehensive and revelatory account of the band’s career this far, but also in ushering in a new era for the #Eraserheads as their music and story continues to be discovered by younger generations of listeners. But for director Maria Diane Ventura, executive producer Francis Lumen, Warner Bros. Philippines distribution director Rico Gonzales, and Eraserheads frontman Ely Buendia, ‘Combo On The Run’ also aims to open local audiences to more works that showcase deserving Filipino art, music, and creativity. “My intention was always to revolutionize and elevate the local creative industry,” says Ventura.
