We just served halibut poached in olive oil, rosemary & thyme w heirloom tomatoes, salsa verde, black olive aioli, shoestring potatoes. Yum!

Callback for Next Food Network Star went great. All was revealed. Now we wait until Oct., and we may just not hear. Trick or treat. :(
OK, so here is the update! I went to the audition yesterday for "The Next Food Network Star" at the W hotel in SF. I got a call back! :)
I'm going to audition for "The Next Food Network Star" in San Francisco on Sunday afternoon and I'm really looking forward to it!
