It took a while, but it was worth the wait! We’re loving our new space- we got settled in just in time to celebrate National Athletic Training Month! 🛑 by and👋🏼 any time after school!

It’s been a long, busy fall but we managed some holiday fun with shirts, a (crutch) tree, a wreath & a menorah! Loved “lighting” the candles each day to celebrate Hanukkah, hearing the kids Santa wishlists & having students share their various traditions. Happy Holidays to all!

Stretching for your plantar fascitis isn't enough! Yes, these stretches are important and play a role at the beginning if your rehab but we also need to work on strengthening the tissue and building up resistance of the plantar fascia and surrounding musculature!
