In the 3 ZERO-PLUS Derwenthorpe dwellings a pre-occupancy evaluation was conducted. Key findings: thermal imaging showed air leakage pathways, air permeability tests showed a loss in airtightness & heat flux measurements showed deficiencies in thermal quality. @oxford_brookes

A milestone result at @HIT2GAP with the launch of the Open Source Project #BEMServer. Now, developers worldwide can download, run and help expand the base code or add new modules, apps and functionalities.
The @HIT2GAP project was coordinated by @NobatekInef4
