ALT Job Summary We are looking to hire an energetic Picker packer to join our team! In this position, you will work on-site in our Windham NH distribution center, picking, packing, and labeling orders. Our ideal applicant has general warehouse or order-picking experience. however, we will work with any applicants that has a strong work ethic and flexibility needed for this position. This fast-paced position calls for an individual who is capable of managing multiple tasks without losing efficiency or productivity. the position requires standing for the entire shift and some light lifting up to 30 lbs.
ALT Duties and Responsibilities: Pulls and packs product based on daily orders Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation. Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate issues. Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes. Follows safe practices and maintains a clean, sanitary Workstation Performs other duties as assigned
