It was with enormous pleasure that I accepted an invitation from the Chief Constable Pam Kelly to present the medals and pins at the @gwentpolice long service and good conduct award ceremony at the Lysaght Institute in Newport on 5th July.

These are officers and staff who have given significant service to their communities through employment in the police force.
As the Chief Constable put it “these are extraordinary jobs done by extraordinary individuals”. How right she is. Thank you for your service.
