If your saddle is too high, you’ll automatically rock more to reach the bottom of the pedal stroke
Getting the correct saddle height makes you more stable, comfortable and faster
Hear the change in tone of the trainer, it becomes higher pitched and smoother #cycling #bikefit

Has anyone used components from
Chinese bike brand EXS? Are they are good quality?
Their R180 handlebar goes down to 34cm wide and weighs in at only 180g. The picture is from their R150, which is 150g but only goes down to 36cm
I’m on the look out for good super narrow bars
