De haber sido elegido, nuestro proyecto con @UPFBarcelona, @hospitalclinic y @QUANTIC_BSC hubiese permitido estudiar el potencial del #AprendizajeAutomático #Cuántico en el procesado de imágenes médicas. La cancelación de una convocatoria con más de 1 año de retraso es m anómala!

¿Y qué pasa con un postdoctoral? Si existiera una categoría #M4 debería cobrar 38.000€/año... pero la realidad es que, a pesar de necesitar un doctorado para acceder a un trabajo ¡algunos no alcanzan a cobrar ni la remuneración correspondiente al nivel de máster! 😳

My students today were surprised about the #Physics #NobelPrize2024 award to 2 pioneers in #MachineLearning… Yet some of the tools that Hopfield & Hinton developed are directly imported from statistical physics and are, in some sense, very physicsy! 1/2
