Appreciate how far you have come! The be all and end all is this... If you woke up tomorrow & all your progress had been undone you would be BEGGING for your current body back. Now think about how far you've come and how much better you feel since making that progress. 💪🏼❤️

When you log into social media, if you come away feeling down, negative and demotivated, really evaluate who you are following! There are many accounts online that aim to uplift, educate & bring laughter. Surround yourself with more of these!
Bad days happen and when they do, get back to basics. 1) Prioritise time in your day to do something you enjoy. 2) Remember, routine is key. 3) Plan your meals, being hangry never helps. 4) Get those steps in. 5) Think of 3 things you’re grateful for.

Set yourself some daily non-negotiable’s. These should be achievable and centred around making you feel great. This may be doing 10k steps a day or doing a workout, whatever it is, set the goal and say to yourself, it HAS to be done.

Take time in your day to do something that makes you smile. Whatever it may be, working out, cooking a meal, checking in with friends, prioritise time in your day for it. Find reason to smile, always!

The sooner you start caring about what YOU think and how YOU feel, rather than what OTHERS think and what OTHERS say, you’ll soon notice your life will seem a lot happier!

When it comes to picking up clients too many PT’s think they have to roam the floor & hard sell. There’s nothing more powerful than a simple smile & saying hello to members. Build rapport & make that member feel like you actually care, because you should - They are not £ signs!

1) Don’t judge your progress based on others. 2) You are unique, there is no better version of you. 3) Be better every single day. Do something that makes you feel good & make improvements that make you feel great. 4) Work on improving yourself, for no-one other than yourself.
