Sadly, many parents like Debra are facing food insecurity for their kids this summer. Even when working two jobs, it can be difficult to get food on the table. Right now, 50 million children in the U.S. have headed home for summer vacation. But for over 14 million of them, there will not be sufficient food on the table once school lunches stop. Convoy of Hope is filling that need in a tangible way. Last summer, we fed more than 152,000 kids in the U.S., and this year, our goal is to feed even more. We want to ensure families don't have to make that impossible choice between paying bills and putting food on the table. You can make a difference for our neighbors in need — visit the link in our bio to learn more. #childrensfeeding #feedkids #summerfeeding

We 💚 Helping Hands Day with our friends at C&S Wholesale Grocers and SpartanNash! 📦🚚 Hundreds of volunteers gathered in Grand Rapids, Michigan, alongside Convoy of Hope for another year of service, packing 500,000 meals that will be distributed to disaster survivors through Convoy's responses. Each of the 15,000 boxes of food is able to feed a family for an entire week and give them hope. It's a reminder that when we serve together, amazing things can happen! #SNHelpingHandsDay #convoyofhope

What’s planted with purpose can grow into a lasting opportunity. 🌱 In Nepal, Bimala is putting new agriculture skills into practice through Convoy of Hope’s Agriculture program, helping her field grow and her family plan for the future. Her work reflects how holistic support and training can help women, their families, and even their community to thrive on their own. Read her story here: h.ope.is/3PZijsa #agriculture #womens #nepal

"I was hungry in my body and in my mind. And people like Convoy of Hope came along and fed me.” 🥣 As a child, Chege faced deep loss and hardship, including the loss of his mother. But through Convoy's Children’s Feeding program in Kenya, he received more than meals — he found the energy and encouragement to keep going. Chege pursued his education and graduated from college. Today, he’s returned to where his story began, tutoring students at the same school. Chege is continuing the impact that once changed his life. #givingback #childrensfeeding #africa

Partnerships make feeding possible in El Salvador. 🥣 Our friends at @MftH recently toured the Convoy of Hope feeding center where their meals are being served as part of our programming. “Seeing our meals in action in El Salvador was eye-opening and reinforced how important our mission is to helping children and families take the next step toward a healthier and brighter future,” said Dani Rieck, marketing manager at Meals from the Heartland. Hope really does happen when consistent meals come into play! #childrensfeeding #livingtoserve #feedkids

As the school year winds down and summer quickly approaches, many families face a difficult reality: They will lose access to the free or reduced-cost meals that they depend on. Convoy of Hope’s Summer Children’s Feeding Program helps bridge that gap by providing meals, support, and hope to kids during summer break. Your continued partnership helps support families in the United States who would otherwise go hungry when school’s out. Would you partner with us to provide food for families this summer? Benjamin knows what it means to work hard. From helping his family at home to staying committed in school, he wakes up every day with determination and focus.💪 But like so many children around the world, his ability to grow is directly connected to a fundamental need: nutritious meals.🥣 Through Children’s Feeding, kids like Benjamin are receiving the nourishment they need to stay healthy, concentrate in class, and pursue the dreams in front of them. Because when a child is fed, they’re not just supported for today — they’re empowered for the future. When we equip communities to serve their neighbors, it reaches the very heart of poverty — bringing solutions that last. ♥️ Poverty and hunger affect not just the world's largest cities, but also its smallest towns. Convoy of Hope has worked in communities like Woodstock, Alabama, to combat poverty and hunger. With the help of training, support, and resources, people like Pastor Chad Payne are providing hope and a future for neighbors in need.

Families helping families around the world 🌎📦 At a recent event in Las Vegas, volunteers from The Crossing Church put together 10,000 family hygiene kits! It marks our largest family hygiene kit packing event to date. Volunteers of all ages practiced radical generosity and packed kits that will be crucial in our response to disasters. "These are the essentials that you would need in your very worst day ... if you lost everything," said The Crossing Church's Amber Benavente. We know this goes well beyond providing practical care — it shows survivors that they are seen and they matter. ♥️

Convoy of Hope is supplying small towns with the resources they need to serve their communities. Food pantries are being filled, unhoused people are being served in both street outreaches and homeless shelters, veterans in nursing homes are receiving brand-new socks, and families are being reunited.❤️ This month, Convoy is featuring our U.S. Program to highlight all we're doing across the United States. Many women in Convoy of Hope's Women's Empowerment programs become community leaders. ♥️ Five friends trained in our Women’s Empowerment program at a church in Nicaragua — Andria, Ana, Nohemi, Belkis, and another Ana. Now working together to farm corn, they are feeding their families as well as local children in a Convoy feeding program. When you help us empower a woman, you raise up leaders who will impact others. Learn more: h.ope.is/4nkGj5v

Food security is changing kids' lives! 🥣♥️ Convoy of Hope is currently feeding 677,000 children around the globe every school day. On top of that, last year our team distributed 150,000 meals across the U.S. through our Children's Summer Feeding initiative, and we are already underway to distribute more this year. Because meals not only bring security and new opportunity — they also bring smiles back. 😊

Disaster roundup 🚨🚚 Convoy of Hope is responding around the world, meeting communities on their hardest days. Convoy has been responding to flooding in Michigan and Wisconsin, a tornado in Oklahoma, and the wildfires across South Georgia. Team members have been on the ground, bringing essential supplies to help affected communities — and in Georgia, we’re also bringing relief to first responders on the front lines. We are also responding in Saipan in the wake of Super Typhoon Sinlaku, which caused widespread damage — our team is providing supplies and supporting cleanup efforts as recovery is underway. We also continue to support Jamaica through relief supplies in underserved communities still recovering from Hurricane Melissa. Read more and join our responses at h.ope.is/4czSis6.

When Aleksandar struggled to find work due to illness and marginalization, Convoy of Hope's Agriculture program was an opportunity for a fresh start.🐝 After completing training in beekeeping, he now makes a steady income by selling his honey throughout his village and beyond. For the first time in years, he's providing for his family. Beekeeping not only changed his life, it also helped break down a cultural stigma that had lasted for generations.🍯 To learn more about Aleksandar's story — and the many ways Convoy of Hope's programs provide opportunities — click the link here: h.ope.is/4vHf3ld

Without clean water, life is a deep struggle.💧 In Tanzania, about 4 million people lack access to clean water. This is a fraction of the 2.3 billion people living in water-stressed countries today. To address this global issue, Convoy of Hope has implemented water interventions in program countries like Tanzania. Now using a water well Convoy drilled, people like Yusuph have access to clean water. ‘’I am happy now. I can walk a short distance to fetch water for daily-use activities in my household. I have enough time to do other economic activities for household income.' To learn more about how we are providing opportunity through clean water, click the link here: h.ope.is/4u0UHlk

Women like Patricia are finding purpose. ♥️🌱 When her husband left and her daughter moved away, Patricia found herself alone, wrestling with loss. Her husband told her she wouldn't be able to make it without him. "That made me feel hopeless, weak, and not brave enough," she said. But in the middle of that darkness, Patricia found healing while engaging in Convoy of Hope's Women's Empowerment training. There, she learned practical skills in agriculture and even began investing in a school garden alongside other women in her community. "Now I feel free. I'm happy, and my life has truly changed," Patricia said. Your support not only gives women practical training, but the opportunity to find their worth. #womensempowerment #storiesofhope #communityimpact
