Tomorrow is the big day! My first college career game at Bryan College! Tomorrow we got a doubleheader starting at 2pm. I’m looking forward to it. I pray that we win both games and that we do our best. I pray that we have good defense and offense, cheer each other on, lift each other up, have positive energy throughout the whole game, and have total confidence that we can do it. I will do my very best no matter what my part in the game is. Always remember what Coach Herb Brooks of the 1980 US Hockey team said, “The name on the front is more important than the one on the back” I am blessed to be playing at this level an I hope my career here goes phenomenal. It felt nice to get on the field tonight and umpire our varsity’s World Series game at Bryan College. I want to say thank you to my coaches for allowing me to this but when I was on the field I was watching how they were fielding and hitting. I saw remarkable clean plays on both sides, great pitching, smart at bats, smart base running, having positive energy, maximum effort, and full confidence in themselves all the way. It’s hard to believe the fall baseball season is wrapping up here at Bryan College. I’ll definitely be working hard on hitting, pitching, and out fielding. Hitting the weight room to continue to get stronger and faster. I definitely have stuff in hitting, pitching, and out fielding that I need to work on.
