Bitcoin dropped below $60,000 last week, after starting June 2026 closer to $73,000 That kind of volatility raises a fair question: Has crypto lost its momentum? @BFMradio put that question directly to our Founder and CEO, @ooihann. Here’s his take: - Crypto’s traditional narratives (digital gold, high-growth technology, inflation hedge) are competing for attention with AI and semiconductor stocks. Hence, capital simply has more places to go. - The year of 2026 is a testing conviction, but investors who held through 2018 and 2022 bear markets came out ahead. - While global sentiment is cautious, Malaysian institutional investors are treating this as buying opportunities.

We recalibrated the portfolio with measured digital asset exposure, and the value it could compound to over 10 years. Additionally, we would rebalance it every 5 years back to our target allocation.

That ruling came from the Shariah Advisory Council of the @SecComMalaysia in 2020. Since then, institutional interest for digital assets has grown.
