If a hospital comms. team can make the mistake and not realise a PA in paediatric surgery isn’t a paediatric surgeon, well, that only reinforces the point me and many others have made about the ambiguity in the name.
Odds on this not happening if he was a physician’s assistant?

That section wasn't written by him. That's the imperial college site if you read it and whoever has updated the site has written it in error. If you look closely he has physician associate written across his forehead though if that counts.
