#HamOnt Improving customer service for Hamiltonians has been a priority for me, and I’m excited to share the launch of
my.hamilton.ca - a new online portal that makes it easier than ever to connect with City Hall.
This is an important step in modernizing how residents access
@cityofhamilton services.
Through the portal, you can request services, track updates, and access important information anytime, all in one place, making it simpler and faster for Hamiltonians to get the support they need.
This is another way we’re improving our technology and systems to deliver better service and build a more responsive city.
Residents can now access a variety of services, including:
📌 Making Animal Donation Payments to support programming
📌 Garbage and Recycling requests — schedule bulk waste pickup, order extra trash tags, or request an additional green bin
📌 Licensing and Parking services — apply for outdoor patios, parking permits, or request parking restriction suspensions
📌 “Ask a Question” or “Report a Problem” to submit requests easily and conveniently
The portal also connects residents to many commonly used City services — from paying parking tickets and provincial offences fines, to engaging in City projects and registering for recreation programming.
