For 2021 #DoctorsDay @HarborUCLA, our docs didn’t feel like celebrating. Instead, last night we held a candlelight vigil & reflection to honor all of the souls we lost to #COVID19. We shared poems, stories, & songs. We expressed our grief & looked for hope in our unity.

I've been getting a lot of questions regarding this recently. This is great infographic that sums up how despite medical school being relatively equivalent in enrollment of both men and women, there is still a paucity of women in leadership roles within academic medicine.
