A bit of a slower weight loss this week at 1.7kg (still not bad ) giving me a three month loss at 20kg or just over 3 stone in old money !! Very happy with that - so just under half my weight loss journey completed - on to the next half ! With huge thanks to @JanePlanUK

Wow wonderful breakfast - healthy choice - however I was very tempted by the full English ! Lol - today I am rocking my smart casual work conference look ! So looking forward to meeting some of my luxury hotel partners today / should be a very productive day !

Well it shows you how connected weight loss is to exercise ! the pool at rye harbour was closed for nearly a week , so I couldn’t undertake my daily swimming - despite this I managed to loose 1.5kg and not the 2kg I was hoping for
