As fellows of the National Leadership Institute, they will have access to a rigorous and transformative leadership development program, led by experienced national leaders and mentors. The MCEL National Convening reminded us what’s possible when resilient leaders come together with purpose, courage, and care.
From the brilliance and truth-telling of Dr. Eddie Glaude, to the powerful reflections and leadership lessons shared by Pedro Martinez, to celebrating the graduation of National Leadership Institute Cohort 3—this convening was nothing short of transformational.
We didn’t just gather.
We recharged.
We reflected.
We recommitted to leading boldly for our students, our communities, and each other.
