I worked here as a postdoc and it was one of the greatest learning experiences of my life. The faculty are truly top tier -- they are extremely kind, collaborative, productive, accessible, and dedicated to mentorship. Also, their trainees go on to get great jobs :)

Today I was sworn in as a public member of the Washington DC Board of Medicine. The Mayor’s Office told me they believe I am the first nonbinary person in United States history to sit on a board of medicine.
