Validator choice matters.
Not all validators pay the same.
Uptime differences can create a 1-2% APY gap, but the bigger factor is MEV sharing.
MEV (Maximum Extractable Value) lets validators earn extra by optimizing transaction order in blocks. Some share this with stakers, others don't.
Checking uptime and MEV policy before delegating is worth the 5 minutes.

My personal takeaway :
Staking on Solana isn't about chasing yield, it's about not falling behind. The 70% ratio reflects that.
