A passenger shouldn't have to struggle just to get an explanation.
My ticket (PNR: G225403297) was marked for "Adhoc Refund" before the journey date. I never cancelled the ticket, yet the refund was processed automatically.

I was eventually told to call the toll-free number instead of getting an answer by email.
No cancellation notification. No live location update. I was left stranded at 1 AM.
Why was my ticket marked for Adhoc Refund when I never requested cancellation?

Unfortunately, every response I received was the same template saying that the refund would be credited within 7 working days.
The issue is that I had already received the refund. My actual question was never answered despite multiple emails.

I emailed support asking a simple question:
"Why was my ticket cancelled and refunded?"
I was not asking for a refund. I was asking for the reason behind the cancellation.
