"You lied to me." This one is personal. I passed a booth of a liberal "church" I grew up going to, and confronted them for lying to me and my family about God. God mercifully rescued me from such hypocrisy. May he rescue many more.

"You're a disgusting sodomite." The man I told this followed me yelling. Moving quickly through the hostile crowd, I was pushed into a table, then a woman blocked my way. But the Lord kept us safe. The message I repeated the whole time: "God destroyed Sodom."

“No Kings” in Kent, Connecticut today. I asked if they would get together for a picture, but one gentlemen said no they wanted to stay spread out, so that the protest looked larger. Another woman told me they made all their own signs, and were not paid to protest. @CTCentinal

A Double Standard in Connecticut Politics👁️🔥 I recently met with Jadon E. MacCormack to discuss the controversy surrounding his comments and his personal views regarding capital punishment for homosexuals. Let me be clear: Connecticut does not have the death penalty, and every adult has the freedom to live their life as they choose under the law. At the same time, I believe it is important to ask why a 23-year-old first-time candidate is being completely abandoned over one inflammatory statement while many of the same political leaders remain silent when Republicans support legislation that undermines parental rights or expands access to abortion for minors without parental consent. You do not have to agree with everything Jadon said to recognize the double standard. Young conservatives should be challenged, debated, and held accountable for their words, not immediately thrown to the wolves while far more consequential policies are ignored. For decades, millions of unborn children have lost their lives through abortion. Many of the same voices expressing outrage today have either supported, defended, or remained silent about those deaths. If we are going to have serious moral conversations, they should be consistent and apply across the board. The question isn’t whether people agree with Jadon. The question is whether we are applying the same standard to everyone, regardless of age, political status, or position within the establishment. Consistency matters. Principle matters.
