Despite an arduous May Freddie Rowe continues apace with a 5-sec PB over 1500m with 3:40.26 at the BMC in Birmingham. Only Steve cram (3:40,09) is faster in the British u18 age group. Ethan Newell, an u20, set a pb 3:40.28-- also very fine running in 2026

Brilliant times at Birmingham BMC last night. Freddie Rowe club senior and u20 record for 1500m and just missing Steve Cram’s UK age 17 best. Findlay McLaren club u20 800m record, and third on senior list and fast 5000m time for Kate O’Neill. Well done all of you.
