In view of the retained list, I find this an interesting stat. All bar GK staying? Most pts per match (based on mins when player is on pitch) 1. McKenzie - 1.30 2. Gale - 1.29 3. A Smith - 1.28 4. Morris - 1.26 5. Coleman - 1.19 6. Dack - 1.17 7. Hutton - 1.16 8. Little - 1.15

OK - to end the season - a Gills stats thread for you all... For the 3rd campaign running, it all started so well, going top early on. And, of course, picking up from last season, a club record 21-game unbeaten run was achieved in September - that was as good as it got. 1/12

Our record so far in 2026 is W6 D3 L13...things can only get better. Ainsworth's pre-health sabbatical lge record was W9 D9 L1 Since his return it's W7 D10 L15 11/12

This was my 50th season as a Gills fan - not one to look back on fondly, sadly, bar the early unbeaten run record. Thanks for the feedback on my stats this season. I'll keep supplying as long as you have the appetite for them. Enjoy the World Cup summer - then we go again! 12/12
