I’m in the base phase of my marathon prep, slowly helping my body get used to the volume again. It takes a lot of determination and persistence, but I’m fully focused. I know some days are tough. But I truly believe that staying active helps! Thanks for your support!

This week was all about getting back into the routine: Monday was 5K, Wednesday 10K, and today, 15K! There’s more on Sunday — I’m still deciding whether to go for 21K or take it easier. But honestly, the most important thing isn’t the distance, it’s getting back to consistency.

Hey friends! I know I’ve been a bit quiet lately. The last 3 weeks I’ve been fully focused on my studies. But today, I’m officially back! Just finished a 5K run and my body really missed this feeling. Now I’m returning to my full routine: running gym 💪 Happy Sunday!

The past week, I’ve been focused on healing, staying active, because I had to step back from running. I’ve been working in hospitality — and that added stress led to a mild inflammation in my ankle. Nothing serious, but enough to pause and listen to my body. Happy Monday! ☺️

Exactly one week ago, I ran my best half marathon ever .Since then, I adjusted everything: reduced volume, focused on mobility, cycling, recovery work. Yesterday, I tested the body with an easy 5K. Result? No pain. Light. Strong. This is not “slowing down” — it’s process. 🙌🏼

Recovery week — not a break. This week was all about light cycling, stretching, ice, trigger ball, foam rolling — and deep respect for the process. I didn’t post, but I was here — present, connected to everything that brought me this far. Next week I’m back in full swing.
