ALT SHOUT is a charity organization that offers mental health support virtually via text messaging. SHOUT along with the Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych) are offering 24/7 support to individuals who are pregnant, new parents with babies and toddlers up to the age of two, and those who have experienced baby loss, or pregnancy loss (this includes termination). By texting HUG to 85258 they can get free confidential support if they are struggling or need help.

The NHS has opened a new Children’s Walk-in Centre in W12.
The service is for 0-5 years, covering minor illnesses and injuries that aren’t emergencies but need same-day attention.
